Established 1989.
Still on Post Road.
Dr. Adam Propper, DC, CCSP, is a board-certified spine specialist, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, author, and public speaker. A graduate of New York Chiropractic College, he has helped Westport patients move better, feel better, and function at a higher level since 1989.
His approach is gentle and precise — Cox® spinal decompression, the Impulse Adjusting Instrument, and Torque Release Technique — designed to restore function without excessive force. Every plan is guided by advanced testing: digital X-ray, surface EMG, thermography (DTG), and heart rate variability.
He’s also a long-standing practitioner of nutritional testing — most recently with Nutrition Response Testing® — and the author of The Healer’s Hands, a book drawn from nearly a million patient visits. He lives in Westport with his wife and business partner, Ginger, and their six dogs.

Dr. Jenn Sherriff.
Dr. Jenn brings specialized expertise in pediatric chiropractic and upper cervical care to the Propper team. Parents across Westport trust her with their kids — from newborns with colic to teenagers with sports injuries.
Her approach is gentle, patient, and thorough. She takes extra time to explain what she’s doing and why, so parents and kids both feel comfortable throughout every visit.
She’s certified in pediatric chiropractic techniques and upper cervical adjustments — the precision needed for the most delicate cases.

Ginger Propper.
Dr. Propper’s wife and business partner, Ginger is the office manager and patient experience coordinator at Propper Chiropractic — and, for most patients, the first friendly voice they hear. With decades of experience running a chiropractic practice, she makes the complicated parts of care feel simple, guiding you through scheduling, insurance, and every financial detail with warmth and patience.
A certified yoga instructor — with an earlier career as a photo stylist in New York City — Ginger brings a rare blend of organization, calm, and an eye for detail to the office. Her grounding in movement, nutrition, and mind-body wellness lets her support patients holistically, not just administratively. She shares Westport with Dr. Propper and their six dogs.
Treat the person,
not just the symptom.
We believe your body has a remarkable ability to heal when given the right support. Our job is to help you find that path.
We take time to listen. We explain what we find. We involve you in every decision about your care. This isn’t a clinic where you’re in and out in five minutes — it’s a practice where you’re known by name and your health story matters.
