Ginger Propper,
the reason it all runs.
If you have been to Propper Chiropractic, you have met Ginger — usually before you have met anyone else. She is the first friendly voice most patients hear, and the person who makes the parts of healthcare that are normally a headache feel like they are being handled.
Ginger is Dr. Propper's wife and business partner, and the office manager and patient experience coordinator at the practice. She has spent decades running a chiropractic office, which is a longer way of saying she has already solved whatever problem you are about to describe.

The part nobody else explains
Scheduling, insurance, and the financial side of care are where most people's patience with healthcare runs out. Ginger's particular skill is making the complicated parts feel simple — walking you through what is covered, what is not, and what a course of care will actually involve, with warmth and without rushing you.
It is not an accident that this is the part patients mention. A practice can be excellent clinically and still be exhausting to deal with. This one is not, and that is largely her.
Before Westport
Ginger came to practice management by an unusual route — an earlier career as a photo stylist in New York City, which is where the eye for detail and the calm under a deadline come from.
She is also a certified yoga instructor. That grounding in movement, nutrition and mind-body wellness means she supports patients holistically rather than only administratively; she understands what the doctors are recommending and why it matters, not just how to book it.
At home
Ginger shares Westport with Dr. Propper and their six dogs. The practice has been part of this town since 1989, and so has she.
