Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you to confirm a time.
SMS and text messaging
You can text our office at (203) 258-1124. When you text us, or give us your mobile number, you agree that Propper Chiropractic may text you at that number about your questions, your appointment request and your appointments.
- Who texts you: Propper Chiropractic, from (203) 258-1124.
- What we send: replies to your questions and messages about scheduling and your appointments. Our staff write each message. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How often: message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. To start again, reply START or text us. [CONFIRM: STOP handling on the text line; see item 3.]
- For help: reply HELP, call us at (203) 226-1047, or email hello@propperchiro.com.
- Not required: agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving care. You can always call or email us instead.
- Keep it simple: texting is convenient but not fully private. Please keep detailed health information for your visit or a phone call.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing.
Supplements
Supplements we recommend are sold through our Standard Process store on Standard Process's website. Orders, payment, shipping and returns are handled under Standard Process's terms. Supplement information on this site is general and isn't a recommendation for your own situation until we've seen you.
